Who is the rightful winner?

This is obviously debatable and will be for years to come! Clearly if there were no discrepancies in the voting and results system we would not be in this mess to begin with. First order of business should be that every Native Kenyan should be able to vote even if they are not in the country. Secondly an independent outside body should oversee the election and ballot process---how hard can it be?

Of course Raila won--any knuckle head could see that!!!I watched all the votes being tallied and (btw the background music they had on kbc was nerve-wracking) Raila was clearly winning---and then by some "act of God" the big "K" wins---just goes to show that Kenyans don't know how to engage in corruption discreetly ....perhaps they should get a few tips from the "SOPRANOS" FYI season 3 rocked!!!!

The votes were counted and Kibaki was declared the winner, deal with it.
